The Northside Choir

Being a part of the exciting ministry of The Northside Choir will challenge you to step up to a whole new level of leadership in the body of Christ, as you use your gifts to lead this great congregation in dynamic praise and worship. The ministry of the choir will impact your life in a powerful way as you participate in worship leadership each week and during special worship events and concerts. You will enjoy being a part of one of the most exciting ministries in our church. Not only will it be a blessing to you, but it will also be a blessing to everyone who experiences the ministry of the choir. The Northside Choir is open to anyone college age and up. Rehearsals are held on Sunday afternoon’s in the music suite located in the main building from 5:45 pm – 7:00 pm. Everyone is welcome, so come and enjoy a visit with us.

The Northside Praise Team

Praise teams are an important part of the Music Ministry Team. Presently we have 4 teams who rotate with us from week to week. Each team has 6 members on each of them. Being a praise team member does require an audition with the Worship Pastor and an active membership in The Northside Choir. This special group of singers joins the choir in leading our congregation in exciting worship on Sunday morning. It’s a special opportunity and challenge for those with special gifts who want to use their gifts to serve the Lord above and beyond their commitment to the Northside Choir.

The Northside Worship Band

If you play a musical instrument, and you want to use your talents for the Lord, then the Northside Worship Band is a great place for you to serve. This group provides the foundation of all the worship music that we experience each week. Their dynamic presence allows us to have a level of excitement that is contagious throughout the entire congregation. The Band rehearses with the praise team every Sunday afternoon at 4:45 pm in the worship center. There will be a brief audition with the worship pastor. A minimum proficiency on your instrument will be required.
